This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.

General Fund
There are people who come to us and say “I have xyz dollars and I would really like it to be used for the church build”, or “caring for the disabled is dear to my heart, please use this donation to show love to someone who is living with a disability”. However, there are also times when someone wants to help, but doesn’t know where to get involved.
If that is you, you’ve come to the right place! Espwa Demen has numerous growing projects different from each other. Each work is important. But sometimes one project may become underfunded while another receives excess donations. In that case we need people like you!
When you give to the general fund we will put every donated dollar to good use. Whether in funding and underfunded project, or meeting an urgent need. We thank you for your contribution. May God bless you as you bless those in need in Haiti!
Nelson and Rachel Espazien are self supported missionaries. Meaning that no donations given to Espwa Demen go towards their personal needs. However, each mission trip is taken with great financial cost to them. Needs such as; food, housing, plane tickets, rent and fuel while working in Haiti are typically covered with their personal finances or through specific gifts given towards those needs.
